Tyler and Donna Evenson were born and raised in Canada. They have previously lived and ministered in Holland, pastored in Canada and have led team outreaches to several other countries as Tyler has been the chairman of European Missions. God has placed a desire upon their hearts to reach out to the United Kingdom with the message of God’s love. As a result, in May of 2006 Tyler and Donna and their two children moved to Brighton & Hove to start Church on the Rock. Their great passion is to see people come to know who Christ really is and find purpose in this life.

Dave and Annette Samuel
Dave works for the National Health Service as a physiotherapist. Annette is a busy mother of three boys. She is trained as a teacher and works in this capacity with the children of COTR. Dave has a heart to see the church equipped to hear the Lord’s voice, so it may come into all God has for it. Annette’s passion is to be a friend of the Lord and His people.
